Payment plans

We offer payment plans of 2 to 5 installments. Please contact us through our customer service via email Service@abrazg.com.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase. Any transaction cancellation and cash refund is subject to a 5% cancellation fee based on the transaction value.

Shipping
Estimated time of arrival

Since each piece is made to order, our expected lead time is 5 weeks. Shipping times may vary according to carrier services.

Local shipping

We offer a door-to-door service with a private local carrier company. Free delivery on local purchases over 500$.

International shipping

International orders have a flat rate of 80$ and are shipped via DHL express shipping with door-to-door service and a tracking number.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
Shipping times may vary according to carrier services.
All jewelry made by the studio and delivered to you are insured by the shipping company.

Customs & value - added tax

Products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on local regulations. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.
Customers in other countries must ensure payment of all applicable local taxes or duties as required by their country of residence.

Warranty
Jewelry warranty

We care deeply for each piece of jewelry produced in our studio. Therefore, there is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased from aBrazg Jewelry. The warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. 

The warranty does not cover any accidental damage due to misuse, impacts, or falls. 

Please note that any repair, resize, or any other services performed by someone other than us to your jewelry, will void your warranty.

For us, buyers of the brand are friends for life, so we are always here for you to contact us in any situation, even after the warranty has expired, in favor of necessary changes and repairs to the jewelry. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for more details.

Coverage under the warranty

Our warranty applies to all branded jewelry when accompanied by the original receipt.It covers defects that occur through normal, reasonable use of the jewelry. The determination of what qualifies as "reasonable use" is made by the brand’s professional team. If, in their professional judgment, a repair is not possible, the jewelry, or the defective part, will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover

-Brand jewelry that was not purchased directly from the brand. 

-Defect caused by unreasonable use, including but not limited to, impact, pressure, contact with chemicals, water, exposure to high heat, and handling by unauthorized parties. 

-Any damage or loss of jewelry that occurs during shipping is covered by the shipping insurance   and is the responsibility of the studio.

-A decrease in the value of the jewelry for any reason. The company does not grant refunds, except according to the requirements of the law.

Return Policy

Unworn merchandise is eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days from items arrivals. 

All custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt, Prices may vary accordingly.

All returning fees (Shipping cost & warranty, custom and other fees) under the customers responsibility

Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card or other form of payment).

Shipping costs and custom fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new and unused condition.

A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
